Desktop support Engineer

## Educational Qualification:BE/ B.Tech./ MCA/ BCA/ from Govt. approved college or recognized institutePreferred to have Windows / Network Certifications and Comptia A+/ N+certifications## Experience:2+ years of relevant experience## Other Skills:

• Conversant with Hardware diagnostics of Desktops, Laptops, Mac books, All in one PCs, Printers and Peripherals
• Should be familiar with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Operating Systems namely Windows 10, Mac OS, Linux and applications like Office 365, SAP, Zoom, Mail Client software, academic software like SPSS, SAS, Stata, Minitab, AMOS, Question pro, MATLAB, Mathematica, AMPL etc.
• Should have knowledge of active directory Set up
• Should have knowledge of antivirus installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Should able to do rectification of basic network (Wired and Wi Fi) issues
• Should have good communication skills to do vendor/OEM coordination for warranty support or other technical /operational issues and for interactions with end users
• Should familiar with use of remote diagnostic tools for desktops support
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment**Timings: 6 days a week**
