Job Description
1. Computer Hardware Trouble shooting
2. Should have knowledge on new installation
3. OS Installation/ Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows 8/10 Pro)
4. Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts
5. Configuration of OS/Networking Printer
6. Installation and configuration of Antivirus (trend micro), Basic knowledge of inventory software.
7. MS office 2019 and MS Excel configuration with knowledge of addin.
8. Have basic knowledge on switching and Wifi configuration
9. Call logging with vendors. (HP, DELL etc)
10 Must be ready to work in shifts.
11. Have Good knowledge of desktop/Laptop/Printer troubleshooting.
