What we are looking for:
Must Have : Desktop management , Outlook , windows , printer , Customer support
• Deploying packaged software to assets using enterprise deployment tools.
• Assists field engineers with Tier 2 level support of client devices/applications.
• Deploys patches, software updates, and anti-virus updates to client devices.
• Provides Tier 2 level support of non-PC devices (PDAs, Tablets, etc.).
• Remote support for all Operating Systems errors (Windows XP, Windows 7, Apple OS).
• Remote Support for all VPN access issues.
• Support for Safeboot and laptop encryption.
• Support for incident resolution on Citrix Client connectivity and remote desktop issues.
• Anti-virus (SEPM or McAfee).
• Basic SCCM and software deployments.
• Experience with IT Service Management Tools
• Service-now exposure.
• Change Management Process.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes
• ITIL V3 Foundation (beneficial) or comparable knowledge
