We are looking for a self-motivated System and Server Administrator / DevOps having excellent troubleshooting skills.

Experience diagnosing troubleshooting of system issues, documented help desk tickets/resolutions, and maintained equipment inventory lists

Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues with hardware maintenance, installations and upgrades.

Creating Software Images for Endpoint Devices

Troubleshooting Software and Hardware Issues

Develop and Implement a Software Update Schedule (Windows and Mac)

Monitoring on Network Bandwidth and Performance

Problem solving skills

Machine assembling

Managing Sophos Firewall and User accounts.

Managing License Inventory

Reinstalling Operating System (Windows and Mac)


Minimum of Fresher - 5 Year(s) Of Experience
