Trouble shooting IT Asset related issues & resolve the same. (Gateway, OS Installation, pst ost, Outlook Troubleshooting and Domain knowledge)
Maintaining, installing of Operating Systems, desktop / Office Automation software, as and when required. In addition to this, updating of Business application software through upgrades provided by TPL & other services, such as relocation of Systems, adding / removing accessories, attachment or other devices peripherals.
Installing, reloading, reconfiguration, updating of any desktop client machine for office automation software, e-mail under Exchange environment, Internet explorer, Intranet, Internet etc., as and when required.
In case of Hard Disk failure / Partition problem, the Vendor shall make all possible attempts to retrieve the data & transfer to new Hard disk. Vendor shall make available required standard Data recovery tools at TPL Central site, Vendor will provide license details to TPL of this software.
