Deskside support on Desktop OS like Win XP , NT , 2K .
Should have hardware knowledge to open a PC and trouble shoot. IMACs ( install , move , add , changes) for desktop hardware & software .
conversant with antivirus management
should have an eye on ITOperation experience Windows, Linux,Netwroking/Basic understanding of Operating Systems Software & communication tools.
Exposure to Office Products, Mailing Products & networking technologies.Good Diagnostic Skills/Good Comprehension Power/Ability to communicte in English/Hindi & State language. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN THE FIELD.
