Good PC skills, especially MS Excel & Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals
Be open to new ideas coming from team members
Define clearly state expectations and objectives with the team members. Ensure that all members understand the missions ahead
Daily check on open calls, pending parts & escalation calls, responses should be fast.
Educate the members of the service delivery team on new policy plans and implication on service delivery
Prepare Weekly reports and present such reports to the Service Head
Collate data and information on client satisfaction, inquiry, and complaint
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
Network and connect computers within organization to better communication
Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs
Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) & Outlook.
Working Knowledge of Hardware for Desktop/Laptop & able to address the issue.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support & Network issue.
