Job Description

1) Extensive Field Job – You will be required to work for the entire day visiting customers to resolve problems reported by them related to their IT assets.
2) Your job will involve diagnose problems with customers’ systems (Laptops/Printers and other equipment, etc. depending on type of business unit you are assigned to), and replacing the defective parts. For this purpose you will need to carry the official spare parts with you and are to be returned to office within defined time frame.
3) In a month, you may be required to travel to different customer site within the city or out location. The exact number of such travel days may vary from time to time and business unit to business unit depending on the call volume.
4) You must have android based mobile phone
5) If in case of overnight stay at any location then you will be entitled for reimbursement as per company policy.
