Job Description
- Passion and love for coding and software development (no wannabe managers need to apply since we anyway maintain a flat management structure and remuneration and rewards are based on performance and merit)
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (Algorithms and Operating Systems, primarily)
- Understanding of building blocks and basic fundamentals of web and scale (Web Servers, Caching, etc.)
- MUST have 1+ years of experience working with web scale backends in Python, NodeJS, Ruby
- Experience with our primary OS platform(s) - *NIX
- Must have 1+ years of experience working on SQL DB and also knowledge of NoSQL DB
- Great problem solving and logical skills, adaptable
- Should have solid hands-on experience with one or more web frameworks - Django (1st preference), Flask, OpenERP, Ruby, Python or NodeJS
- Relevant programming experience - Databases, Algorithms
