Job Description
- Responsible to fix out end users day to day IT issues remotely and hands-on.
- Handle Basic networking, computer/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS/Ubuntu/Linux & troubleshooting of IT devices.
- One week off, 6 days working.
- Will be on third party pay roll.
- Knowledge of MS Excel to maintain inventory and other IT details.
- Shift will be rotational, night shift as well.
