Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. 

 

Responsibilities


Work Description

  • Installation & Configuration of New Desktop / Laptop as per checklist from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Installation & Configuration of Printer as an when required as per checklist Application software installation & configuration on User Profile in each IT asset RAM Upgrade & OS Upgradation of Desktop / Laptop as per requirement Coordination with IT EIC and user during actiity May need to extend working hours Ready to work in A, B or C shifts
  • Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware


Qualifications

  • 1+ years' of technical support experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Any Graduate

Minimum of Fresher - 1 Year(s) Of Experience
