Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

·         Shall have good communication and reporting skills.

·         Must be flexible to work in shifts at RIL VMD

·         Ready to work anywhere in Gujarat or outside Gujarat.

·         Resource’s major role is on repairs of all types of Printers.

·         Good Troubleshooting knowledge of all types of hardware calls of desktops and laptops

·         First level trouble shooting knowledge of all types of peripherals

·         Knowledge of various types of networking devices and troubleshooting of networking calls

·         Troubleshooting and repairs of all types of DMPs, Laserjet, Deskjet printer calls

·         Troubleshooting knowledge on various windows OS Good understanding on all applications including SAP, MSOffice, Antivirus etc.

·         Having good PR skill with customer Willingness to do PM and Asset Inventory management

·         Understanding operation of Ticketing Tool

·         Taking ownership on closure of calls within SLA


Minimum of 3 - 4 Year(s) Of Experience
