Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers that are passionate about identifying solutions and communicating with clients to resolve issues.

Currently working remotely to stay safe and protect lives; when things return to normality, the role will be based at our Ahmedabad office with flexible working to balance life's priorities.         


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Day to day monitoring of system and applications hosted in datacentre.
  • Working with Client and providers for any issue using ticket system or phone support.
  • Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required


Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL Server (Advance SQL queries)
  • Log monitoring & analysis using SEIM
  • Experience of working on financial/banking/card payments industry domain is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Able to work in 24*7 shift.
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • In depth knowledge of Windows server, Windows client and Linux server
  • Working with Product Based Organization would be an added advantage
  • Good Knowledge of NMS system (PRTG) & Office 365
  • .Net C# knowledge added advantage
  • Able to explain technical problems in a simple term.
  • A dedication to continually update knowledge.
  • Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance.
